- Professional Services. We provide dedicated phone
lines, reception services, administrative support, a fully computerized
office, and email management.
- Membership Services. We
have the expertise in developing and maintaining your membership database,
we take care of invoicing and collections for member dues, preparing
certificates and mailing materials, and we have implemented successful
member retention
and recruitment programs.
- Communications/Publications. We
develop newsletters and provide mailing services as well as manage e-mail
group mailing.
- Financial Services. We are experts with Quick books,
online or computer copy. We will maintain your financial records developing
accounts that
allow the association to determine what programs are financially successful
and which ones are not. We develop budgets, reconcile monthly and quarterly
reports, provide monthly reports, membership reports, all design
to meet your needs.
- Education and Convention Management. We have experience
with developing one hour sessions or full day programs for associations.
We can also
work with your convention manager or provide one to develop your annual
or biannual convention. We also provide speakers for programs and workshops.
- Policy and Procedure. We develop policies and procedures
that help manage the association and to protect the associations financial
resources.
Policies and procedures should govern the association consultants and
members.
- Political Action Committee Consultation. We development
budgets and recommendations disbursement of funds.
- Arranging legislative days for visits to
legislators.
